About
Advanced Financial Administration, Oversight & Control Household & Estate Financial Management II is an advanced professional development program designed for House Managers and Estate Managers responsible for the financial administration and operational oversight of HNW and UHNW households and multi-residence estates. The program develops advanced skills in multi-residence budgeting, consolidated financial reporting, cash-flow planning, household banking administration, capital expenditures, major purchases, project finances, procurement, vendor cost control, and staffing financial administration. Students learn to analyze budget-to-actual performance, identify material variances, maintain rolling forecasts, evaluate spending patterns, and organize financial information for principal and family-office review. Coursework expands into the financial administration of luxury assets, vehicles, residences, events, travel, insurance, and claims. Students also examine household financial controls, expenditure authorization, fraud and irregularity identification, payment security, financial risk, and appropriate escalation procedures. Advanced financial analysis develops students’ ability to create executive dashboards, evaluate trends, model financial scenarios, identify material financial concerns, and present concise decision-support information to principals. The program concludes with estate financial governance, year-end administration, professional review readiness, and financial continuity planning. Throughout the certification, emphasis remains on the manager’s role in organizing, monitoring, analyzing, forecasting, verifying, documenting, controlling, reporting, coordinating, and escalating household financial matters. The program does not train students to act as accountants, tax professionals, investment advisers, auditors, or other licensed financial professionals.
