About
Luxury Services & Lifestyle Management II is an advanced professional development program designed for House Managers and Estate Managers responsible for coordinating the complex personal, travel, hospitality, and lifestyle requirements of HNW and UHNW principals. The program advances beyond foundational luxury-service knowledge into principal preference management, anticipatory service, lifestyle calendar coordination, and consistent service delivery across residences and staff teams. Students learn to develop comprehensive preference profiles, recognize recurring lifestyle patterns, prepare proactively for principal needs, and translate expectations into repeatable service standards. Coursework explores complex multi-destination travel, personalized journey planning, traveling household and staff coordination, and contingency management when plans change. Students also examine private entertaining, VIP guest management, multi-day house parties, destination entertaining, and post-event operations. The program further develops skills in lifestyle spending administration, exclusive memberships and clubs, high-touch procurement, special requests, gifting, and personal occasion management. Students learn to coordinate sophisticated requests while tracking approvals, commitments, logistics, preferences, and service expectations. Additional study addresses multi-residence lifestyle continuity, confidentiality and sensitive lifestyle information, last-minute requests, high-pressure service recovery, and continuous service improvement. Throughout the program, emphasis is placed on discretion, anticipation, organization, adaptability, professional boundaries, and creating seamless principal experiences across residences, travel, events, guests, and changing lifestyle demands.
