The program explores how Directors of Residences establish consistent standards across properties, lead Estate Managers and residence teams, coordinate complex household operations, oversee budgets and major projects, and maintain communication between residences, principals, and family-office leadership. This advanced certification expands beyond the management of a single estate to address portfolio-level residential operations, governance, leadership, reporting, property readiness, and long-term planning. It is designed to prepare professionals for the broader responsibilities involved in overseeing multiple luxury residences for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. Coming March 2027.
