The Interview & Positioning Intensive is a structured, implementation-focused coaching experience designed to help you confidently secure interviews, refine your communication, and position yourself at a higher professional level within the private domestic sector. This program is designed for individuals who already have direction and are ready to execute. While the Career Strategy Intensive focuses on clarity and entry points, this program is centered on refinement, performance, and measurable improvement. It is ideal for candidates actively pursuing roles within private households or working with agencies who need to strengthen how they present their experience, communicate their value, and navigate the interview process with confidence. The program begins with a baseline mock interview to assess how you currently communicate your experience and present yourself in an interview setting. This initial step establishes a clear starting point and allows for measurable progress as your delivery, structure, and confidence improve. Over the course of four structured sessions, you will work one-on-one with a coach to refine your resume, strengthen how you articulate your responsibilities, and align your overall presentation with industry expectations. Each session builds upon the previous one, ensuring consistent progress and accountability. You will also develop a more intentional and strategic approach to your job search, including how to position yourself for specific roles, communicate effectively with agencies, and respond to interview questions with clarity and structure.
